Dispatch & Delivery
- Parcel tracking information will be sent via email on dispatch of your order.
- A signature is required upon receipt of your order.
- If you're not in, your order will be left with a neighbour or held at your local delivery office. A card will be left to let you know that an attempt to deliver has been made.
- Orders that contain both personalized and non-personalized items will be sent in two dispatches, to ensure non-personalized items are dispatched within ten working days.
- Orders for non-scripted personalized items and personalized items will take up to 2 weeks as these are handmade products.
Changing Delivery Address
- We are able to change the delivery address for an order on your behalf, providing the order has not been prepared for dispatch.
- Please contact us if you wish to amend the delivery address for your order.
Delivery Restrictions
- We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
- We are currently unable to deliver to US Armed Forces posted overseas, Ascension Island, Caribbean Netherlands, Hong Kong SAR, India, Italy, Spain, Macao SAR, New Zealand , Russia, South Africa , Taiwan, Tristan da Cunha and Ukraine.
- Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer
